After more than 20 years of experience on the Romanian market, Adrem Invest continues to go global, having a sustainable strategy as business thinking. As one of the steps took to strengthen its presence in the global market, Adrem Invest purchased companies in Switzerland and United States.

The company’s expansion to a global management led to a natural change: Adrem Invest became a holding. The holding was named ABBC, and at the end of the year 2013, as a result of the conversion process, the Adrem Invest’s former divisions were transformed into independent companies performing the same activity profile.
